How Tier Movement Works
Tier qualification is based on cumulative order performance, not follower count or niche. Follower count and aesthetic questions help Kairos decide whether someone is approved into the program first. They do not decide which commission tier a creator earns.
Kairos uses two Shopify Collabs commission programs: 10% for attributed orders 1–50 and 15% beginning with attributed order 51. When a creator reaches the milestone, Kairos moves them into the 15% program so only one active commission rate applies at a time.
