Kairos Jewelry ships all orders from our fulfillment center in China. We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after your shipment leaves our facility.

Customs & Duties

Shipments from China may be subject to US customs inspection. Kairos Jewelry is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by US Customs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience.
