RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selections, or buyer's remorse.

Quality Issue Claims

We stand behind the quality of every piece we ship. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

To submit a quality claim:

  1. Contact us at Service@kairosjewelry.cowithin 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage

  3. We will review your claim within 2–3 business days and arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted

  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible

  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons under any circumstances other than a confirmed manufacturing defect

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
