We want every Kairos piece to arrive beautifully and exactly as expected.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Eligible return or exchange requests are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Service@kairosjewelry.co with clear photos of the issue, your order number, and a brief description. We'll make it right.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
